We’ve arranged a way to make logging Service Hours easier – email!

Just like the handwritten logs in the school office (which will still be available), these will be collected only once per month unless we are having a classroom contest. The same information will be needed in the email so we can accurately record the hours:
Parent/Grandparent Name
Child(ren) Name
Child(ren) Grade
Service Provided
Times Worked
Total # of Hours Worked
Please do not record the same hours in both ways (the handwritten log and via email) as this will result in incorrect statistics.
