Rates & Fees
Registration Fee: A $70.00 non-refundable fee will be charged per family and must be paid prior to your child attending extended care. Monthly: Billing for the monthly rate will begin in September and run through June. These monthly rates are pro-rated for the entire school year, therefore, we ask that you not change back and forth from the monthly to the hourly rate during the year. Payment is due by the 15th of the month. A $10.00 late fee per month will be added after this date. In order for a student to remain in extended care, payment must be current. MONTHLY RATES

7:00 A.M. - 8:15 A.M. $ 75
11:30 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. $230
3:30 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. $145
11:30 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. $375
Basketball 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM $ 3.00 per day
Hourly: The drop-in rate is on a per hour basis. The rate of $4.50 per hour will be billed at the end of every month for those making advance reservations and $9.00 per hour for drop-ins without prior reservations.
HOURLY RATE
1 - 30 minutes is a $2.25 charge
31 - 60 minutes is a $4.50 charge
Late Payment Charge:
After the 15th of each month, $10.00 late fee will be added to your account.
Late Charges: Children who remain after closing at 6:00 PM will be billed a late fee of $1.00 per minute per family.
Receipt for Payment: Please mark in the memo section of your check "D/C" along with the invoice # to make sure your check is deposited in the correct account. Your check or money order shall serve as receipt for payment unless otherwise requested.
Credit for Absences: There is no credit for absences.
Failure to Make Payment: Your Extended Care account must remain current in order for your child to stay in Extended Care. In extenuating circumstances arrangements need to be made with the Director.
Return Check Fee: All returned checks must be paid in cash. A $15.00 return check charge will be added to your account. After two returned checks, your account will be on a cash payment only basis.
